E3 Week - EA PLAY 2017

EA PLAY 2017

EA Play is part of E3 week. EA Play consists of three full days of gaming before E3 starts. June 10-12, 2017. I highly recommend doing this pre game event. Picture an entire block with EA game booths. Lines are reasonable and to top it off, most booths have a treat for you after you play the game. Gifts such as posters or simply game codes. As you can see from my first picture. This line is before they open the event. I recommend to arrive at least an hour before the event. PLEASE bring water!!! IT IS ALMOST ALWAYS VERY HOT!  You will not always be in the shade. This event not like E3, EA Play is Family friendly. Kids of all ages are permitted with an adult. I'm not sure if you can get a pass at the door, but I do know that there is a registration a few months before the event. You simply register with your kids and you are set. SIGN up to the EA Newsletter in this link for more info https://www.ea.com/eaplay

Please be aware that wristbands are always being checked at the door and when you play a game. They hold your personal information and the times that you've played. It will be very hot so bring lots of water, cap, and sunblock. You will be making line in the sun most of the time. EA crew will provide water for free. As for food, EA Play does have food trucks for you to buy and they all take card so you're good. its expensive, but when you're hungry. "Nimodo" (translation: oh, well).

The event featured over 10 game experiences, performances by the eight-time platinum recording artist Nas, DJ Green Lantern and Dave East, and more. At the heart of EA PLAY is the player FanFest, which featured over 140 hands-on gaming stations, demos, live music and more. EA PLAY gave fans the chance to play:

As a female gamer, I can tell you that the percentage of females attending EA Play is very low. I cant tell you how many times I was asked to be interviewed. specially if you can play well.
as for the bathroom situation. There are portable bathrooms. Men an women share. yup. I know what you are thinking. and yes its bad. I recommend to bring hand sanitizer.
Note that Everyday will have the same thing. It's okay if you can only attend one day out of the three for EA play. With the heat, its sometimes hard enough to make it through one.
